Youssef believes that connection starts with knowing yourself. In his workshop “Inner World, Outer World”, he invites participants to explore who and what has shaped them, and how they bring colour to life. Through a creative mask exercise, you give your inner world a face, discover the power of vulnerability, and watch new connections form naturally.

Youssef Douzi grew up in Hilversum. The experience he went through growing up shaped his life purpose. As youth and family social worker, he founded Young Hilversummers, as he identified the potential to offer youth a safe space where they feel seen, supported and challenged. With his work and through Young Hilversummers he is committed to help grow a safe, mentally healthy, positive youth culture and a network they can fall back on. He was recently featured in the documentary SAMEN by Cinetree.
