Info

How do you take up space in a way that feels grounded, inspiring, and joyful?

In this workshop, actors Esther Drenthe and Jouman Fattal invite you to explore how we physically relate to our surroundings, drawing from techniques used in theatre. Together, you’ll experiment with different ways of claiming space and presence – on stage and in daily life. This is a playful and embodied exploration into comfort, confidence, and connection.
