At De Tuinman, we serve beautiful vegetable dishes. We use ingredients from our own vegtable garden, we also work with other local growers and producers. We use as many vegetables and products as possible that are originally ‘rooted’ in this area and come from around here. We love the story behind the origin of each product and are always happy to tell you more about this. Our dishes are a melting pot of creativity, our journeys and the diverse backgrounds of our chefs.
