Bader Dado

Bader Dado is a professional chef with a passion for culinary creativity, rooted in his Palestinian heritage. At Rooted Festival, he creates a dessert for lunch, especially created for all participants. Throughout the Rooted weekends, he weaves ingredients from participants’ home countries into his dishes. That’s what home tastes like.

From 16:00 until 16:45 Bader will be serving the deserts at Het Veld before the start of the second plenary session (from 16:45 onwards).
